RESCUE OF A CHOPPED 1981 KZ1300 A3
I bought this 1981 A KZ1300 because I needed a frame for my other project - building a bike from scratch. Unfortunately, the frame was chopped. All brackets cut off in a nonsensical way. The engine was fine and I drove it home, so I decided to turn it into a project itself. It turned out to be a disaster as 90% of stock parts were missing. Good thing is I have spares. The turning point will be welding the brackets and bringing the frame back to stock. When done, all will be simple.
